Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has come under fire for leaving her state as Hurricane Helene wreaks havoc on its residents.
Instead of remaining in Georgia to assist with hurricane response efforts, Greene traveled to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to watch a college football game between Alabama and Georgia with former President Donald Trump,

Loomer
stated
on X: "Instead of being in Georgia to help the people of her state, MTG blew them off and decided to go to the football game in Alabama yesterday instead. It speaks volumes to her lack of focus as a Congresswoman and it really shows she is more interested in fan fare as opposed to helping people in her state."
