During a rally held in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, President-elect Donald Trump outlined his plans for his initial days back in office, emphasizing executive orders and policy shifts.
Trump announced his intention to rescind over 200 Biden-era executive actions and prioritize immigration enforcement,
stating
, "You're going to see executive orders that are going to make you extremely happy. Lots of them, lots of them. We have to set our country on a proper course. By the time the sun sets tomorrow evening, the invasion of our borders will have come to a halt and all the illegal border trespassers will, in some form or another, be on their way back home."

Donald Trump outlined ambitious goals for the start of his presidency. “The American people have given us their trust, and in return, we’re going to give them the best first day, the biggest first week, and the most extraordinary first 100 days of any presidency in American history,” Trump said, before praising his cabinet picks.
Other highlights of Trump’s agenda include
releasing classified records
on the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr., constructing a new missile defense system dubbed the “Great Iron Dome,” and providing aid to hurricane-impacted regions such as North Carolina.

In his final address to the nation last week, President Joe Biden credited his administration with securing a ceasefire deal in the Middle East. However, sources
told
Fox Digital that the incoming Trump administration played a significant role in reaching the agreement. A recent meeting between Trump’s designated Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was reportedly instrumental in finalizing the accord.
During the rally, Trump praised Witkoff’s efforts in helping to broker the deal and argued that the conflict would not have erupted had he been in office.
