However, during a markup session in the House Natural Resources Committee, Democratic members responded with a barrage of satirical amendments. Judge Rules WH Violated First Amendment in ‘Gulf of America’ Press Dispute

This week, a ruling from U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee, sided with the AP.
